We are built to self-regulate and self-organise. My role as a therapist is not to "fix you" but to help you look, listen and feel deeply within. By deeply focussing on your internal world, I support you to bring to light the concious and unconcious suffering that maybe preventing your own self-regulation. So that it can be processed, helping you to feel more whole again.
